Summary: Ready to go

I don't understand that much about the weaknesses or strengths of MobileIP, 
but after checking out the way that MIPv4 authenticates messages (appending 
an authenticator), this is obviously the right way to attach an error 
message from the Foreign Agent, and it describes the method well.
