This document seems ready to go to me.

Nits if it gets rev-ed:

  * first paragraph of section 3 could use some references sprinkled
    throughout

  * also in section 3, an example of a "world wide name" would be nice

  * finally, in section 3 it is not clear to me whether the 24 bits
    includes both addresses or each address is 24 bits long

The general caveat is that I am not all that MIB-savvy.
