Harald,

This document looks ready for publication.  My assumption is that MIB doctors
did their job & the MIB portion of the draft is reasonable.  The introductory
text was well written & at least I seemed to understand what this document
is obsoleting, etc.  Security Section seems reasonable as well.

Nits: 
1) Update Status of this Memo, etc. per 3667/3668.

2) Page 4: 

  -- RFC Ed.: replace yyyy with actual RFC number & remove this note

  Perhaps a different style could be used for this, as the notation

  -- blah, blah, blah

  is used to mark comments in the MIB.  The text is actually a request to the
  RFC editor.

3) Non-ASCII character "+ - is this MIB specific, or a problem of conversion
   from the document source?
