Document: draft-ietf-idr-bgp4-experience-protocol-04 Reviewer: Mark Allman Date: July 22, 2004 This draft seems OK to me. But, I am not at all expert in BGP sorts of things. So, I am not really able to judge if it is complete. It makes sense and is written pretty well. A couple nits -- mostly if this gets editted again, not show stoppers. Section 6: I might suggest just nuking off the second paragraph. It really adds nothing and is sort of a fuzzy-no-value added statement that is not even right in many bulk transfer situations (because slow start is a transient in long-lived connections and therefore the performance of the connection is dictated more by TCP's steady-state operation than by slow start). Section 17.1: It might be nice to site the recent "Slipping the Window" paper or the recent CERT advisory on the RST and data injection attacks. That's all from me.
