I can see no major problems with the form. It's certainly appropriate to confirm BGP4 as DS; if it didn't interoperate, there would be no Internet. Nits: I didn't notice a paragraph saying "This RFC obsoletes RFC 1771 and updates RFC YYYY" or whatever. The Informative references are labelled "Non-normative." There is a work-in-progress reference in the Security section.
