There is no way I can adequately review this (99 pages) and
I trust the authors on the substance. I can see no major
problems with the form. It's certainly appropriate to confirm
BGP4 as DS; if it didn't interoperate, there would be no
Internet.

Nits:

I didn't notice a paragraph saying "This RFC obsoletes RFC 1771
and updates RFC YYYY" or whatever.

The Informative references are labelled "Non-normative."

There is a work-in-progress reference in the Security section. That
is not ideal (and it doesn't add much information).
