Document: draft-ietf-fax-gateway-protocol-12.txt Review: John Loughney Date: 17 februari 2005 This draft seems to be in the IESG for a very long time. I'm not sure if it is really advisable to hold this draft up any longer than it already has. I didn't find any show-stoppers, some minor grammer issues, etc. The major nits I have, if the drafted is revised for any reasons, would like addressed, are: 1) The abstract contains a bunch of abbreviations, such as GSTN & i-fax, etc. I suggest not using abbreviations until after the introduction. Abstracts shouldn't contain abbreviations. 2) Terminology / abbreviation section upfront would be nice for us i-fax novices. 3) Some spacing problems, for example missing linefeed after section 1.2 header. 4) Fax or FAX? Both forms used, please only use one form. 5) Missing page headers, page footers and line feeds. 6) Section 4.2 seems to be missing a reference to E.164 (or other) telephone numbering specifications. It would be advisable if this section was a little more rigorous about telephone numbering issues. But I wouldn't hold-up the draft on account of these nits.
