Summary: No obj.  It looks well-thought-out.  What's not to like, modulo the
media types review for video/vc1 (already in progress)?

Aside ... I wonder when the "random access point" terminology
developed for video streams.  It seems to be an analogy to disks.  I
wonder who it was, and when, who was thinking in terms of that
analogy.  (They are used for more now, for example as points where the
encoding could be changed.)
