I just realized that I never made clear that the former AD I'm talking 
about was not an AD at the time of the debate, and was not acting in 
his capacity as AD, but simply as a WG participant.   He did, however, 
specifically indicate that he was a former AD, and indicated that I 
should trust his position because of this.
