Melinda,

Generally looks OK to me, except for the imprecise reference to "at the IETF
Plenary" in the list of deliverables.  Is this IESG or IAB Plenary, or both;
or some "plenary" mailing list ?

The following do not affect the meaning, but could be corrected if we are
interested in good English:

1. Line 5. Delete "upon". ( "Agreed" is used here adjectivally, not as a
verb. )
2. Line 8. Change "those" to "these". ( Agreeing with "these" in line 4. )
3. Line 11. "that the group can have consensus on" should read "on which
the group can have consensus" ( already noticed by others. )

There hasn't been much discussion of the wg charter over the
past week or so - aside from the issues raised by John about
what happens after the first two deliverables are done, are
there other concerns or problems with it that need to be
addressed before sending it off for approval?
