Registration of media type model/x3d+XXX (Revised 09.02.01)

Mark,

I would like to clarify your statement so I understand everything that 
is being asked. Please correct as needed.

1) We need to submit 3 versions - 1 for each MIME-type of the template.
2) Each version needs to be separately submitted as an Internet Draft 
(see http://www.ietf.org/ID.html).
3) Is there a particular format for these documents. I read through the 
linked material. It explicitly required an abstract (not currently 
present). Is there any additional document formatting or structure 
requirements (besides plain text)?
