Media type review requested for audio/vorbis and audio/vorbis-config

I'm not sure about why they decided to put that on that page, still
vorbis MUST be contained by something either annodex, ogg or any other
container format, no matter how exotic.

right, vorbis needs a container, same applies for theora btw.
