These all look fine to me.

My one major concern before reviewing the specs was that the security
section gave me no confidence that the security implications of these
two specs of yours were examined.  After having a look through them, I
*think* you're safe, but have you done an investigation yourself?  If
so, you should consider adding "There are no known security
considerations specific to this media type" to let the community know
you've done so.

Also, I suspect it will save users of your media types some pain if
you mint file extensions specific to each type.  Consider that if some
party wanted to publish some flat files of the various types using a
traditional Web server, that they'd have to specifically override the
file-extension-to-media-type association for each file.  FWIW, other
ietf-types reviewers have disagreed with me on this point in the past.
