Missing text in application/fastinfoset MIME type registration

Hi,

  http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/fastinfoset
lacks the following part of the original registration; it seems there
might be some software that strips <...> sequences, there might be
other registration documents with similar problems. The part is

  <?xml encoding='finf'?>
  <?xml encoding='finf' standalone='yes'?>
  <?xml encoding='finf' standalone='no'?>
  <?xml version='1.0' encoding='finf'?>
