This is a draft implementing the idea of the example media type and 
subtype. Please look it over and see whether it is suitable for submission.

I have had a comment suggesting that I add a bit of informative text 
suggesting the use of the string "example" in sample media descriptions 
involving types outside of the standards tree. This would go in the 
introduction.
