You have und, mis, and zxx available. You're tagging the language content, not the usage scenario. if the text isn't in a real language, then it should be Undetermined, Uncoded, no have no real Linguistic Content.

I doubt we'd want a code for glossolalia either apart from und, mis, or zxx. <br>
