Here is the first set of proposed records and registration forms for
changes based on the annual series of ISO 639-3 changes, which Melinda
Lyons announced to this list on Monday. Please review these carefully.

As usual, for ease of reviewing, these forms will be organized into
separate list messages by the section of the 639-3 "Summary of Outcomes"
document in which they appear. This message contains requests from the
first section, "Deprecations (retirements) from other than a split of a
language code element."

The number of 639-3 changes has dropped quite a bit this year compared
to previous years, and so all four of these list messages will be posted
today.

The review period for all of these requests will run through Wednesday,
February 22 AoE, unless one or more of them need to be extended for some
reason.
