Here is the first set of proposed records and registration forms for
additions, changes, and deletions to language subtags based on the
annual revision of ISO 639-3. These changes were originally announced by
ISO 639-3/RA in a Summary of Outcomes document dated 2016-01-15.
This first set of forms covers the first section of the document,
"Deprecations (retirements) from other than a split of a language code
element." These were determined to be either duplicates of another code
element or non-existent languages; here the corresponding language
subtags are deprecated with or without a Preferred-Value, respectively.
Please review these forms for correctness and completeness. There are
three more sets to follow; the entire group will be submitted two weeks
after the final set is posted to the list. I can't say exactly when that
will be, but I'm trying.
