Yes, it's bad enough if ISO wants to monetize the standard and
particularly the part 2 data -- forcing individual users back to the bad
old days of relying on unofficial, error-prone or outdated bootleg data
-- but you would think at least the paying customers should be able to
get the data and history they need.

I am fine with this. The date isn't terribly critical anyway. I'll wait
a couple of days before posting new registration forms, in case there is
additional churn. This won't affect the review period as long as the
forms are posted by Wednesday 2016-07-06 AoE.
