Ethnologue data now limited until you pay

Hello,

Ethnologue is useful but is not the unique reference. SIL ideological /
religious background has fueled many controversies.

It's always a loss to have no more access to formerly free resources, but
there are other ones.

And serious work cannot rely on a unique source.
