Since "Prefix:" is only a very lightweight recommendation, this solves
absolutely nothing. Especially not when extending the prefix list.

Possibly having something along the lines of ao1990br (for the Accordo as
used in Brazil), ao1990pt (for the Accordo as used in Portugal), and maybe
other variants would be a way out.
