Registry fixed again

IANA has updated the File-Date of the Registry to 2012-08-29, and has 
announced this release on the announcements list (see below). This 
should put the matter to rest, at least until next week when the change 
for 'ekl' goes in. As I wrote earlier, we'll keep the 
one-release-per-day requirement in mind next time there are any errors 
to be corrected.
