Registry updates delayed

The planned updates to the Language Subtag Registry, to keep pace with
changes in ISO 639-3, will be delayed for a few days pending a corrected
Summary of Outcomes document and a corrected set of data files.  There
are several discrepancies in the data that need to be resolved before
action at our end is appropriate.

The RA has been notified and is working on the corrections.
