Reminder about SS

Just a brief reminder that the two-week review period for region subtag
'SS' ends tomorrow.  Unless any objections are lodged, the record and
registration form posted to the list on August 11 will be submitted to
IANA.

As an aside, the previous batch of records and registration forms
(mostly ISO 639-3 based) was sent to IANA on August 15, as scheduled.  I
don't know what has happened to them.
