Why?  Avram hasn't indicated that he has a need for one.  If you do, it 
would be up to you to propose it.

We don't normally add subtags for every addition or deletion of a single 
letter.  As I said earlier, English was originally written without the 
letters J and U (and W), but there is no subtag to indicate text thus 
written, nor has one been proposed here.
