Did anyone ever post revised records (not just registration forms) for 
any of Mark's four proposals?  I read 5646 as saying the revised (or 
new) records need to be posted to this list for at least a week prior to 
IANA submission.

I didn't post records because I thought Michael wanted more time to 
review all four proposals, but I see now that he said "'fonxsamp' and 
'jyutping' are fine" from the outset (October 1).  Also keep in mind 
that I'm not the only one who can post these.

This should allow the two subtags in question to be submitted on October 
30.  Until then, I'd like to suggest that the Comments field for 
'jyutping' adds exceedingly little information and could comfortably be 
omitted.
