Variant subtag proposals for Romansh

Below are proposed records corresponding to the registration forms
Philip Newton sent on June 12 for Romansh and its variants.  The
proposed submission date for these requests is Tuesday, June 29 because
the proposed records need to be on the list for at least one week (sorry
for the delay).

I am assuming there is no controversy over the proposed addition of
Suppress-Script to language subtag 'rm', nor over the use of the term
"idiom" in the Description fields instead of the more usual "dialect"
(which is used in the English Wikipedia article on Romansh) to describe
the five written standards.

The variant records have been rearranged into alphabetical order by
subtag, as they would appear in the Registry.
