I was thinking of organizing them by the type of change, starting with 
low-hanging fruit like simple additions and deletions of subtags, and 
moving on to complex operations like splits and mergers and 
macrolanguage creations and membership changes.

I was hoping this weekend would be a good time to start, but I'm 
currently fighting an epic headache and the conditions are not ideal for 
this work of mental work.  Sorry.
