Criteria have been given, what has been missing are numbers for criteria 
that are (or come close to) being numeric in nature.

It is fully okay for you to rely on information from others, be that 
contributions to the list or other sources. If there's a consensus on 
the list that 'lv' is mostly used for Latvian, and is already in 
frequent use, (and the contrary for Bontok) then it is okay for you to 
just acknowledge this consensus.
