Yes -- with just three non-major changes, please:
1) change the /Description/ from "...as established in 1933..." to
"...as codified in 1959..."
2) change the /Intended meaning/ from "...the subtag covers at least the
1933, 1959, and 1985 editions..." to "...the subtag covers at least the
1959, 1985, 2007 academic editions of the literary norm codification..."
3) change the /Reference/ to exclude the item reading "[Pravapis 2005] The classical orthography - modern normalisation. http://pravapis.info/books/pravapis2005.html" -- it does not directly pertain to the subject.
