ACK, at least 639-3 tries to document what it's about

...okay. Last year they cleaned it up, fri => fry.
But they "forgot" stq => frs, or based on what John
said, they invented a new meaning for "frs" as nds-
dialect, or "frs" was always meant to be said dialect
and ISO 639-2 forgot the real third Frisian language.
