At this time, I tend to lean to the following order of possible variant
names:
1. baku1926
2. nta1926
3. bir1926	("bir" being an abbreviation like "uni")
4. uni1926

If you think it's appropriate, we could vote on a list of choices, and
see which choice gets more votes...

P.S. I'll try to read a bit more about whether it's 1926 or 1927,
because there were several conferences/plena, but as of now it appears
1926 is correct.
