An "unwritten document" could be spoken, sung, signed, Morse-coded, or 
communicated in any way other than writing.

In any event, this is what the core standard (ISO 15924) calls it, so (IMHO) 
this is what the subtag should call it, unless there is compelling and 
overwhelming evidence not to.
