I support the addition of a single subtag for New Turkic Alphabet, or 
whatever it is generically called, using any syntactically valid subtag 
value that is acceptable to Reşat.

Whatever happened to Reşat's other proposal for "iqtelif" 
(İdíl-Ural-Qırım Tatar Elifbası)?  It's been so long that I don't 
remember what the consensus was, if any.
