Hi, Harald, Marion,
I think we can discuss the names GB vs UK (but no politics beyond the names) 
if there is anything we can do about them.

But I think someone else would have to change this particular name, so it 
might be a bit off-topic to ask for it here.

So long as the description for the tag says that it includes Ireland, and 
assures it gets used properly, in any case, that is most important.

That's what I think.
