Proposal for a subtag registration (fr-2004-ORTOGRAF or fr-ortograf

I am very disapointed of this decision but I respect it. Ubuntu was just one software among many we need subtag for and they plan to support IANA subtag soon.
 
I want to you all for the time spend on my request.
