A request from your reviewer

Will EVERYONE ***PLEASE*** edit your headers before replying and 
sending. I receive TWO copies of EVERYTHING most people send. When I 
reply, I make sure there is nothing in  the CC field and only 
IETFLANG in the To: field. PLEASE could everyone have the courtesy to 
check that your headers are the same when you reply?
