Guernsey Jersey and Isle of Man ISO 3166-1 Codes

I'm sorry I don't know about these other codes. Perhaps they are already
annotated within ISO 3166?
With regard to GB, I would agree the registry is not necessarily the best
place to do this but better to do it there than to lose the information
altogether.
