Actually, I asked others to weigh in on this topic on-list because I 
believe it's relevant to the purpose of this list: discussing and 
creating registrations for the Language Subtag Registry.

I checked his four mails this month on this topic on the Web archive, 
and I didn't see any that were cross-posted to LTRU.

If you mean "mails appropriate to LTRU" as opposed to here, then again I 
disagree.  We're talking about whether this and that should be 
registered.  Of necessity, that is involving some chapter-and-verse 
exegesis on RFC 3066bis.
