[Suppress-Script] Initial list of 300 languages

John's list is a great starting point: it has evidently sparked the
necessary discussion and debate.

In the general case, if there is any well-thought-out, non-frivolous
doubt as to whether a given language is *overwhelmingly* written in a
single script, it should be self-evident that the Right Thing is *not*
to specify a Suppress-Script for that language.

With regard to Klingon, PLEASE let's end that debate right now. Don't
specify a Suppress-Script for Klingon, and let's be DONE with it. I
really hate to see meaningful, principled discussions like this get
bogged down over Klingon. There ought to be a variant of Godwin's Law
to the effect that the probability of a discussion on this list
involving Klingon approaches 1.
