No, it ends up as something in the registry similar to:
Type: variant
Subtag: cutspell
Prefix: en
Date: yyyy-mm-dd
Description: Cut Spelling Orthography
Tags could include "en-cutspell", but also "en-US-cutspell" or
"en-GB-cutspell"
