The next message will be the proposed modification form for region 
subtag GB, as Michael prefers to receive it, ready to forward directly 
to IANA.

The record in that message must appear *exactly* as given, as always, 
with no additions or deletions.  In particular, the Comments field is 
split into two physical lines, to conform to the limit of 72 characters 
per line, and the second of those lines MUST begin with exactly two 
spaces.
