No! My point is that you are totally entitled to it. The same as I should 
be entitled to my Frenglish in here myself. This is internationalization 
creep in multilingualism.

even if you curb yourself in not doing it (what is a very strange way for a 
standard to affect real life) millions of people will do it and maybe 
billions of parsers will get the problem you should solve for them.You only 
underline the problem: a standard MUST support every situation - with a 
special solution or by default. And even without any regularity, you will 
do it sometimes.

Complex? To describe the real world. Two empty fields (in your usage)? 
Ouahou! Or removing "replace RFC 3066" in an ascii text?

This reminds me the people who condemned Gallileo when he wanted a 3 fields 
tag to describe the globe and they wanted only 2 because they were the 
keepers of the roman mailing list registering the 2 fields tags on the 
Vatican site. After all, it might have been better ... CC (Christophoro 
Colombo) would have stayed home in Genoa?
