The contents of <http://www.iana.org/assignments/language-tags> and
<http://www.iana.org/assignments/lang-tag-apps.htm> are not in sync.

Missing from the HTML page, but present on the TXT page, are:

sgn-NI
sl-nedis

As the HTML page is essentially made up of pointers to the registration forms
containing important information, I think this page deserves updating.
