Well, the term "ASCIIbetical order" is defined in the Jargon File
(http://catb.org/~esr/jargon/html/A/ASCIIbetical-order.html) and has
about 800 ghits, so "ASCIIbet" seems possible (about 40 ghits).

More seriously, though, these are the only letters in the Basic Latin
block, so calling them "the Basic Latin letters" is clear and clean
and doesn't drag in the language-specific concept of "alphabet".
