No, you are wrong. The thread with the subject "Language Identifier List
Comments, updated" relates to the list Tex Texan has posted and is
entirely independent of the Phillips-08 Draft. It just coincidentally
happens to be getting discussed at the same time. The thread discussing
Tex's list could just as readily made sense in relation to RFC 3066 if
no proposed revision were being prepared.
