LANGUAGE TAG REGISTRATION FORM (Newspeak)

Whatever I remember from reading 1984 (that was a while ago),
although 'newspeak' plays a prominent role in that novel,
there are not that many actual examples, and many are
quite repetitive. I therefore question that 'newspeak'
is actually well defined as a language, and that it needs
a language tag.
