It would be great that, now we have IDNA2008 as a document, if we could also have an IDNA2009 executive summary consolidating what transition should start from. <br></blockquote><br></div>And has to start with.<br><br>Transition is also towards a new namespace where ICANN will not be the only global core reference. Unless a multilateral consensus is desired, considered as reasonable and can be found. This will call for work. Better to start on clear basis. <br>
