Proposed new Firefox IDN display algorithm

https://wiki.mozilla.org/IDN_Display_Algorithm has a few questions. There
is a new proposed version of #39; it would be useful to get feedback as to
whether it answers the questions you have (if not, we need to propose
additional language for the upcoming Unicode meeting).
