referencing IDNA2008 (and IDNA2003?)

Dear Michael,

the Copernician debate benefited from a similar remark of Martin Horky (you
can google him) as well. I always felt sorry for him, because he made a few
good people to consider things more in detail and join Galileo's positions.
IMHO, he should have been thanked for that.
