That part we know about, but there is not much we can do about it. And  
we have talked about mixed directionality on codepoints within a label  
as part of the bidi spec/discussions for eons, and we could probably  
discuss that for another 5 years.... :-P

Once again, and specifically here, I think we should go with a strict  
rule. I am not the one that call ICANN saying they have to revoke the  
application for a TLD after the applicant has paid whatever it is  
($135k still?) only for sending in the application. Phew...
